3.1 Making a Reservation

When making a reservation through our website or other channels, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.

3.2 Payment and Cancellation

Payment terms, cancellation policies, and fees vary depending on the rate plan and property. Specific terms will be provided at the time of booking and confirmed in your reservation confirmation.

3.3 Check-in and Check-out

Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Guests must be at least 18 years old to reserve a room at our standard hotels, and at least 21 years old to reserve a room at our casino hotel properties. Valid government-issued photo identification is required at check-in.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Moonjack Hotel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Any conduct or content of any third party on our website or at our properties
• Any content obtained from our website or services
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
• Force majeure events beyond our reasonable control

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, for the services giving rise to the claim.
